Clara is a Romanian illustrator and animator, currently based in Milan. Growing up in Romania, between the countryside and the city, she was surrounded by visual arts. Her grandparents, a painter and a ceramist, encouraged her to become an artist herself. In 2021, Clara graduated from the European Institute of Design in Milan, with a focus in illustration and animation. Since graduating, Clara has worked with well-known professionals in the Italian editorial and advertising markets. Living in a fast-paced city has inspired her to develop her own voice and create bold illustrations, often revolving around emotions. Clara is particularly drawn to urban culture, fashion, and personal experiences, and enjoys drawing unusual characters in abstract situations.
