Julia is a Polish illustrator based in London, UK, where she got her BA in graphic design only to immediately pursue illustration instead. Before striking out on a freelance career, she spent three years working full time as an illustrator for Culture Trip. As well as working on editorial illustration and publishing projects, she's exhibited her work all across the UK. She was raised on comics - Don Rosa, Sempé and Goscinny, Papcio Chmiel - so communicating via images has always been second nature to her.
