Cristina is a freelance illustrator based in Rome. She graduated from Illustration and Animation at IED - European Institute of Design in her city and since 2019 she’s been teaching there Illustration and Media Design courses. In 2017 she was among the authors selected for the Tapirulan Illustrators Contest and in 2018 among those selected for Posterheroes. In 2021 she was selected for AI Annual 2021, publication that collects the best of Italian contemporary illustration. Cristina collaborates with magazines, newspapers and editorial realities, but she also enjoys testing herself with illustration for brands and advertising. Given her predilection for synthesis, she prefers a clean and straight-to-the-point style characterized by bright solid colors to portray with immediacy the message at hand with the help of conceptual metaphors.
