Florenza was born and raised in Rome, Italy. At 18, she graduated from high school in Rome and moved to London to attend Central Saint Martins, where she studied Film. She created an animated short film as her thesis project and fell in love with illustration in the process. In 2020, she moved back to Rome, where she interned in an advertising agency and continued to freelance creating illustrations, animations, Spark AR Instagram face filters, fonts and video edits. Passionate about visual art and its many forms, her work encompasses the overlapping practices of illustration, animation, graphic design and video editing.
