Alex Purcell is an award-winning visual artist from the southwest coast of the UK. Alex has worked in both creative and art director roles, as well as as a photographer for globally recognised brands, and he now focuses on crafting bespoke 3D illustration and animation. His skills in art direction, photography and design are all being utilized in his current work in CGI.

Alex's art often plays into themes of playfulness, surrealism and tranquility, and focuses on scenes with a degree of balance and believability. During his 15+ years of industry experience, Alex has worked at length in typography on commercial, editorial, film and TV projects.

Alex is a Pisces so he likes to be near water. It's important for him that his work has a definite vibe.
